"We had a fantastic stay in Villa Encina. Situated on the edge of a town with all amenities close by, it is a spacious, modern villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The outside space is lovely and has spectacular views. We loved the outdoor kitchen for bbq-ing and hanging out together, and it also provided much needed shade. "Beautiful stone home, built in 1780, lots of need for improvement. We were four adults, arrival was scheduled for 4:30 on Sunday. The host postponed our check-in until 7 pm. No rationale and no apology provided. This was problematic as we were not able to get dinner or groceries – restaurants opened in town at 7 pm. "House was lovely; owner was extremely responsive to requests such as supplying a crib and meeting us ahead of our check-in time to let us drop off luggage. Unfortunately, the lack of air-conditioning made this an impossible stay for my family with a 1-year old ibnfant; also the neighborhood is at least 20 minute walk to the beach which was also very difficult with a stroller.
