"Wonderful place. Super friendly on arrival and made sure we had a place to park. Great recommendations on what to do in Taranto. They made everything easy. Room was beautiful and comfortable, the terrace was lovely. Breakfast was also great. I wish we had been able to stay more than one night. Taranto is a fascinating city. The hotel is in the historic city, but at the edge, so it made arriving and parking easier. Easy walk to everywhere, including MARTA. The trattoria close by served excellent and very fresh (directly off the boat) fish. Highly recommend!"

"The Best Western in Massafra is a beautiful facility as it has only been open for a few months and everything is well cared for and gorgeous. I spent several hours working in the lobby area and found a nice little place to call home to get some serious work done.It also helped that there was a cappuccino bar with yummy pastries, and in the evening a bar for your first drink. The staff are amazing, courteous, and kind, and very attentive to your needs. From the moment you set foot into the hotel to the time you leave you feel as though you’re at home.. "

"We were two couples who stayed in this lovely home in Castellaneta Marina for about a week in October. It was immaculately clean, has a full kitchen and living area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy to have screens in the bedroom windows so we could sleep with them open at night. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas so everyone is comfortable. It is just a couple of minutes from the shore. It was about an hour drive to many of the places we wanted to go to, such as Matera, Bari, Alberobello and other small villages. We highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the Puglia/Basilicata area."

"Beautiful hotel. We had a room with a sea view. It was large and came with a fridge with complimentary drinks. They greet you with a welcome drink and sent us away with a regional bottle of wine. And, breakfast was spectacular with made to order selections."

"Well organized property. Beautiful pools, amenities, transept& amenities at beach. Rooms dated, tired looking, have not been renovated since in over 20 years (as per sources). Could use updated, to complement surroundings & amenities. Limited supplies in kitchen. No coffee maker, toaster. Limited utensils, sharp knives for cutting. Limited housekeeping. Room cleaned, towels changed only twice during 10 day stay."
