Interior
The villa is spread over 2 floors. On the first floor you have access to a refined and bright convivial living room, 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with single beds; all equipped with air conditioning and sea view window, a bathroom with shower and all comforts. By means of an internal staircase it is possible to have access to the ground floor consisting of a spacious kitchen with adjoining lounge area, another bathroom and a veranda.
The villa is equipped with : TV in 2 bedrooms and in the living room on the ground floor, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, heat pump and alarm. Pets allowed.

Exterior
The large veranda overlooks the sea-view garden that contains a swimming pool measuring 8x4 metres and 1.50 metres deep. (The pool will be available to the public from April until October).

Villa enjoys is an excellent location for those who want a relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city but at the same time the convenience of travelling to the most fascinating attractions in western Sicily, about 40 minutes' drive from the airports of Palermo and Trapani.
The most beautiful bays of the Gulf of Castellammare, such as Baia di Guidaloca, Cala Bianca, Cala Rossa, Cala Mazzo Di Sciacca, the Zingaro Nature Reserve and the historic Tonnara di Scopello, are just a few minutes' drive away.
A strategic location just a few minutes' drive from the ancient village of Scopello with its typical bars, markets, restaurants and pizzerias... and from the historic centre of Castellammare del Golfo.
