Spaciuos house and great host!
Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving. You cannot really walk anywhere from the house because there is no sidewalk and the road is pretty busy. House: the house is very spacious with a wonderful terrace overlooking the ocean, large rooms and big dining room with ocean views. The house is very clean but not modern (which for me is charming) so if you are looking for a lot of amenities and modern furniture/appliances, this is not the place. The owner, Miss Vita Alba is super nice and always available to help you. She even bought some drinks and fruits for us on out first day Be aware that there is no AC. There are big fans in each room, which usually are enough but it can be a problem when the temperature reaches 100F. The house has also a spaciuous garden but we did not use it since we were out of the house most of the days. NB: the house is a 2 family house and the owner's son (who lives on the upper floor) has a nice big dog who is very friendly but if you are allergic (or you do not like dog) let the owner know so they won't let him out in the garden.

Soggiorno tranquillo
La casa si trova in un posto tranquillo a cinque minuti dal centro e a dieci dalla spiaggia. Il locale necessiterebbe di qualche rinnovo nell'arredamento ma nel complesso buono per i servizi essenziali. Molto spazioso con all'esterno ampio giardino. Buona anche l'accoglienza,ci siamo trovati bene.

Très bien !!
La maison est bien située, confortable et bien équipée. Elle a un grand balcon avec une belle vue sur la mer. L'appartement est situé au 1er étage. Le second est occupé par le fils de la propriétaire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et au calme. Nous avons très bien été accueillis par Alba. Elle nous a bien conseillés sur les sites à visiter et les belles plages à faire. Nous recommandons.

Casa molto spaziosa e accogliente a due passi dal centro di Castellammare del Golfo. Un grosso punto a favore è rappresentato dall'ampia terrazza dove è possibile cenare con una vista mozzafiato. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e cortese. Esperienza consigliata

Es war manchmal sehr kalt in der Wohnung für diese Jahreszeit. Leider keine Heizung, obwohl ein Kamin da war. Nicht in Benutzung. Der Fußweg ins Zentrum war lang.

La casa si trova in una ottima posizione, in un punto strategico vicino sia al paese che alle più belle spiagge della zona. La casa era pulita con una grande terrazza dove cenare alla sera con vista mare. La proprietaria era molto gentile e disponibile.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, le camere da letto sono grandi. È situata a pochissimi km dal centro città. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile. È stato un ottimo soggiorno in terra sicula.

Qualcosa da rivedere
La posizione è buona per chi vuole esplorare tutta la costa occidentale della Sicilia. Per non dilungarmi troppo, andrò sulle criticità salienti: per due interi giorni siamo stati senza corrente elettrica, a causa di alcuni lavori in corso. Il secondo giorno non ne siamo stati informati e, inoltre, siamo stati bloccati dentro casa (si può uscire solo tramite cancello elettrico) per due ore, in attesa del figlio della proprietaria che non arrivava. In un’altra occasione è mancata la corrente e non avevamo le chiavi per accedere al contatore elettrico, con un’altra ulteriore attesa serale (durante la cena) al buio. Il secondo bagno di casa è sprovvisto di doccia, questa cosa non viene specificata nella descrizione della proprietà. L’ultimo giorno, la proprietaria si è lamentata con noi del mancato smaltimento dei rifiuti, ma stando solo 7 giorni non abbiamo mai riempito le buste, per la maggiore composte di materiale secco e vetro, pertanto abbiamo dovuto rimandare consapevoli di non arrecare danni. C’è un cane in giardino, chiuso in un recinto. Gli ospiti andrebbero informati anche di questo. Il prezzo pagato sarebbe stato adeguato se non ci fossero tutti questi problemi per i quali la signora si è continuamente discolpata. Mentre andavamo via, ci è stato chiesto continuamente quale biancheria fosse stata usata e quale no. La biancheria consegnata andrebbe rilavata tutta, sempre. Consiglio di portare e usare la propria ai futuri ospiti.

La casa è molto grande,come si vede dalle foto, perfettamente pulita ed ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Situata in posizione strategica a Castellammare del Golfo ci ha permesso di visitare le attrazioni più belle della Sicilia occidentale. Le stanze sono tutte molto accoglienti, ma la perla è il terrazzo, che ha reso gradevole ogni nostra cena. Una nota di merito alla gentilezza dei proprietari, sempre disponibili per ogni chiarimento ed indicazione, è come trovarsi a casa propria in Sicilia.

Une bonne semaine de printemps
Nous avons passé une semaine à Castellammare del Golfo dans cette maison et nous en sommes très satisfaits. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis (avec des douceurs locales et de quoi prendre notre premier petit déjeuner!). Le premier étage de la maison à notre disposition est spacieux et nous avons pu apprécier la terrasse. Le calme règne. La location de la maison permet de visiter la région (randonnées, plages, criques magnifiques, culture...tout y est). Notre hôte nous a emmené faire un tour de la ville et donné d'excellents conseils pour les restaurants, les commerces...

"La casa es grande y confortable. Esta ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. La posición es óptima para partir en automóvil en excursiones de un día a cualquier destinación en las provincias de Trapani y Palermo. Hay tantísimo lugares para conocer sea de interés geográfico que cultural (arquitectónico, artístico, arqueológico, etc.). Los propietarios fueron muy amables y disponibles para assistirnos con cualquier problema. Pasamos en Julio dos semanas maravillosas. "

"L''immobile è molto gran...
"L''immobile è molto grande (come da descrizione), in posizione indipendente e zona tranquilla. Con pochi minuti di macchina si raggiunge il centro cittadino o il porto. La posizione è inoltre strategica per gli spostamenti verso le principali attrazioni della zona. L''arredamento e le attrezzature presenti sono adeguate ad una casa vacanze, nonché l''appartamento ci è stato consegnato in buone condizioni di pulizia. Vengono forniti asciugamani puliti, strofinacci e lenzuola. Rilassante ed assolutamente comodo il grande balcone esterno dove si accede dalla cucina e/o salone. Luci esterne su accesso auto ad accensione automatica. Qualche piccolo problema nell''erogazione dell''acqua, qualora capiti di consumarne grosse quantità (numerose docce di seguito, lavatrice, ecc..) in breve periodo. Nel complesso l''alloggio è risultato comunque confortevole e mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile."

"La casa è grande e confortevole, facilmente accessibile dall''autostrada, ventilata e con una grande veranda con tavolo dove mangiare e rilassarsi. Noi ( 2 famiglie) abbiamo soggiornato in otto persone comodamente; molto utile la doccia fuori (praticamente non abbiamo mai utilizzato la doccia interna del bagno)e le zanzariere alle finestre, comunque è opportuno munirsi di spray anti-zanzare; la casa si trova in ottima posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni di Castellammare del Golfo(5 km da Scopello e dalla riserva dello Zingaro, 35 Km da San Vito Lo Capo, 15 da Segesta stc) e vicina a moltissimi market, pizzerie e panifici. Grande ospitalità e disponibilità dei proprietari, da consigliare."

"très bon accueil chaleureux de Vita la maison est spacieuse, propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances! et la terrasse avec vue sur la mer au loin est hyper agréable pour y déjeuner ou se détendre! le quartier est calme, à 5 min en voiture du centre ou de la plage Castellamare est une jolie petite ville de bord de mer avec une plage, un port très agréables, mais aussi un point de départ pour plein de visites (Segeste, Selinunte, Erice, Palerme, Monreale, Cefalù )"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Castellammare del Golfo début septembre. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, et dispose d''un large balcon et d''un jardin. En couple, la maison peut acceuillir du monde, elle serait parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, à 15 min de la plage et 10 min du centre ville, elle est bien située. Une voiture ou un scooter est recommandé. Pour nous, et pour une semaine, le vélo fut parfait. Le village est charmant et les propriétaires nous ont réservé un acceuil magique."

"Grand appartement très spacieux doté de deux salles de bains et de 3 chambres et d’un vaste salon. Le plus, une grande terrasse abritée, bien orientée ombragée l’été. Le jardin est très agréable planté d’orangers et de citronniers. La maison est calme à l’écart de la route. La ville de Castellamare est parfaitement située permettant la visite de nombreux sites sans parcourir trop de kilomètres. Les propriétaires ont été accueillants. Le séjour fut pour nous très agréable. "

"La villetta è ben posizi...
"La villetta è ben posizionata ,è circondata dal verde ,è ben aereggiata,ha una bellissima veranda dove ci si può rilassare , pranzare e fare barbecue .Non si sentono rumori eccessivi. è a pochi metri dal paese, è vicina ai supermercati ,bar pizzerie.A pochi minuti si arriva in spiaggia o alla riserva dello zingaro o a Guidaloca o a Scopello. Castellammare è ben posizionato perchè si trova al centro fra la provincia di Trapani e Palermo ,quindi da questo paese si può andare a visitare tutto il circondario oltre a fare i bagni nelle belle spiaggie."
