"We had a great overnight at Shasta Inn. I called after booking to make sure we had a 1st floor room and to see what time the office closed in case we arrived late. The employee was very nice and followed up with me once my reservation showed up in my system. He even called to see if we would make it on time or if he could set us up with a package with our keys at the door. I felt very well taken care of, like he went the extra mile. Our stay was nice and cozy. Plenty of room in our room for three adults and a child and all our stuff. We appreciated the coffee and snack bags in the morning. I would be happy to stay here next time we're in town and hopefully for a longer stay. "

"WOW! This was the most comfortable place we've stayed in a long time. In the Top 10 Internationally, Top 3 in the U.S. Communication with the host was stellar, room immaculately clean, comfortable bed, awesome pillows, walk in shower and claw foot tub. You fill out a paper of what you want for breakfast, and in the morning they bring it to your room. Good food. I wish we had been here during better weather so I could sit in one of the many patio swings to enjoy the peace and beauty of this place. Highly recommend. "
