"We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"

"Beautiful, tastefully furnished rooms. Lots of modern artwork and design furniture across the hotel. Very nice staff. Located on a hill, quite remote, surrounded by nature. Convenient EV charging on site. Pool, historic villa, free rental bikes, walks. The hotel’s restaurant/osteria offers nice dishes with locally grown vegetables, homemade breakfast, yet the service needs improvement. Pool a bit small and food served outside of dinner/lunch hours could be improved. Overall a very nice stay."

"As a family of three with a three-year-old, we had the most wonderful stay. Located at the top of the hill, this agriturismo was bliss. We were the only visitors the week we stayed and had the luxury of the pool to ourselves, which was amazing. A short uphill walk to the pool, but 100% with it! The owners were lovely and very quick to resolve an issue we encountered. "

"This Pinzale was perfect for us! We were a group of 17 - nine kids age 4 – 13 and eight adults age 42 – 73. We gathered in Tuscany for a family reunion / 50th wedding anniversary. The building has 3 separate apartments with plenty of kitchen space, bedrooms & bathrooms on each level – all spotlessly clean. I too chose this pinzale because of the air conditioning and window screens but the experience at this location was so much more: the large clean pool; all the outdoor furniture for gathering,...

"The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast....
