This amazing villa is located in Platja d’Aro. Ideal for a family it can accommodate 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. It has a private swimming pool for you to enjoy the most of your holiday.The sea is at a 4 km distance from the home. The supermarket is only 1.2 km whereas the restaurants are 1.5 km away. The golf course is 2.5 km from the house.A living cum dining room has air conditioning, dining table for 12 and seating area. Heating will keep you cozy inside. Cook a sizzling platter of barbecue for your loved ones. A fenced garden and terrace are accessible for some outdoor time in the house. The villa allows 4 pets to stay at a charge of € 3,57/pet/night and offers children’s bed and high chair for the little travelers.The guests can check-in between 4-8 PM and the checkout time is from 9-10 AM.

Zeer mooie lokatie, prima om te verblijven. Prima vakantie gehad. Toch een paar verbeteringen om over na te denken. 1 van de 2 aanwezige douche ruimtes wat aan de kleine kant. Het zou beter zijn als alle slaapkamers van een airco voorzien konden zijn. Met grotere groep is het zeker nodig om meerdere sleutels van het huis te hebben. Een mogelijkheid om een extra schaduwplek te creëren op het grote zwembad plateau.

Mooi Spaans groot vakantiehuis met een fantastisch zwembad en terras. Heel mooi uitzicht over de omgeving en zee. Rustig gelegen en vanuit Castell d 'Aro kan je naar diverse leuke strandjes en plaatjes. De stad Girona op ca 40 minuten afstand. Tip: aan de verhuurder om airo niet met een euro per uur automaat af te rekenen maar met een maximaal verbruik aan stroom in de huurprijs. Wij waren met 6 gezinsleden en hadden veel ruimte je moet wel goed te voet zijn omdat je wat trappen moet lopen om de woning te bereiken. Geslaagde vakantie.

3 heerlijke weken doorgebracht in dit huis. Super zwembad, schitterend uitzicht en fijn huis. Wel veel trappen, dus voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn wellicht minder geschikt. Punt van kritiek, je moet extra betalen voor de airco (alleen aanwezig in zitkamer en 1 slaapkamer). Gezien het bedrag dat wij als gezin ( 5 personen) voor 3 wkn hebben betaald, mag je verwachten dat het gebruik van airco inclusief is en je niet geld moet gaan wisselen voor 1 euro muntstukken voor de airco. Omdat wij dus niet altijd muntstukken hadden, werden de ramen `s avonds en ´s nachts opengezet. Helaas geen horren. Hierdoor binnen last van insecten-muggen.

Mooi complete woning, prachtig uitzicht. Groot minpunt waren de slechte bedden en het slechte hang- en sluitwerk. Deel van de ramen en een schuifpui was niet afsluitbaar, wel goed opgelost. Zwembad niet verwarmd, was net te doen bij een buitentemparatuur van 26 graden. Veel trappen naar woning en een heuvelachtig/stijl gebied. Wandeling naar centrum is niet te doen, je bent op een auto aangewezen. Zoals voorgangers ook aangaven ben je Deet nodig tegen de zeer agressieve muggen. Ondanks genoemde zaken een fijne vakantie gehad in deze accomodatie.
