Everything we wanted in a gite; rural feeling but close enough to the village to walk for bread in the morning, great outside space with shaded outside dining area and lovely pool, good indoor space with very welcome air con in the bedrooms. "This is one of the nicest properties. The hotel is beautifully presented with great interior design and décor. Clean and smart. The hotel has a Michelin Restaurant, with fabulous food and excellent service. In particular Max the restaurant manager and Laurent the Hotel manager are extremely professional and helpful and are an asset to this hotel. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy. The hotel has a private gate at the back of the property and ample on-site parking. The location is good for walking into town. This really is a great hotel and around 45 minutes from Bordeaux."
