"We had a terrific stay at Patrice and Armelle's Gite. The hosts have large hearts and gave us a whole basket full of excellent local nuts. We were welcomed very warmly and kindly although we arrived late and Armelle helped us with all that we needed, including the rental and application of bedsheets. "This is a beautiful old house with plenty of space for a large family to eat together. The views are wonderful with deer and rabbits walking below the house. It is in a part of France with much to offer in terms of activities like cycling, canoeing, eating and just admiring the beautiful villages.
