"We have loved our stay here. The property was perfect for us. The owners were brilliant, especially Marco who booked restaurants and horse riding for us. The pool with views is amazing and we spent the majority of our stay here. The location is good-close to Florence, Arezzo, Poppi. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The house provided beautiful views, a magnificent location, and the host was warm and welcoming. Nestled in old world Italy, surrounded by quaint countryside towns, we found the area to be iconically surreal. Although our trip was marred with climactic tragedy, the one bright spot of our travel through the Emilia Romagna was staying in the beautiful hilltop villa of Le Orchidee. "We had such a lovely stay in the amazing villa, 5 families with 6 young children and we had plenty of space and the kids really enjoyed to be able to run around in the house and around the grounds. The staff were more that helpful with tips and ideas for dining and exploring the area and the evenings we booked for dinners at the house were so nice! Highly recommend it to anyone and hope to come back one day!"

"Can’t praise this property enough. Everything is mint condition, well equipped and nothing missing. Even built in mosquito nets in all windows. Outdoor kitchen was still work in progress but no big deal as there was anyway the downstairs kitchen just a couple of steps away so no problems to prep meals and snacks to enjoy in the pergola while taking in the views. "Emilia's home is a wonderful cozy farm house. Emilia met us on arrival with bruschetta, sandwich squares, snacks and a bottle of wine. She was on site daily feeding the cats and available to respond to questions. The views from the house were spectacular. You look over the vineyard into the Tuscan hillsides. Mid week there was a fruit torte on the table as a surprise. It was fantastic. Emilia is fully of warm hospitality. Our family would definitely come back again and will also recommend her...
