"It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "

"We felt lucky to choose this location because it made it easy to walk to many sites and restaurants. Not far from Quatro Canti, center of town. There is an elevator and a door man. Stefano, the owner, and Rodi, the apt manager, couldnt have been nicer. And there is a nice pastry shop 2 blocks down Via Roma that opens at 6 am! "

"This a very charming apartment, modern, chic clean and comfortable. It has separated lounge room and bedroom, a Juliet balcony with wooden shutters. Great location, walking distance to everywhere, lots of cafe, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. A gentleman checked me in, explained the area to me, made some recommendations. Good communication too. There are some minor issues of maintenance but not serious. I am very happy with the property."

"The apartment is very close to the Cathedral, one of the main attractions of Palermo. The apartment is clean and has everything one needs. The host is very kind, and left a lot of goodies in the apartment for us, and really cared that we were satisfied. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. "Our stay here was perfect! The house is large and has plenty of private and shared spaces for a big group. We had 13 people (6 adults, 6 kids and 1 infant) and the bedroom layout was great. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service.
