"Staff is helpful. In room air conditioner was ice cold and absolutely essential this summer. Cafe and pizzeria right onsite, complementary breakfast get a cup of espresso and have a pastry. Had a refrigerator in the room as well."

She was very responsive and helpful and even got someone to help us with our bags up to the room when we arrived. The mini fridge was welcome also for storing beverages. "Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced."
