"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

Good beds with nice cotton sheets and hot water in the shower. Dinner and breakfast were ok, but a bit too expensive for what it was. The same with the packed lunches, which we bought extra."

Daarnaast is het landgoed erg mooi met een zwembad, grote ligweide en dieren. De omgeving is schitterend en mooi gelegen in de bergen op 15 minuten van de snelweg. "It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "
