"It is a great place in the middle of the countryside in a real vineyard with very nice wine and a public beach with restaurants (10-15 minute drive) . No food except a wonderful breakfast in the AM, so come prepared or eat near the beach area. It's a rocky beach so bring proper water shoes... the only downside is that Agriturismo De Luca is a bit difficult to find. "When I see near perfect online reviews, I’m sometimes suspicious if they’re ‘real’ reviews. But after staying here I’m wondering why everyone didn’t give perfect reviews. “Wow!” This property is beautiful! The location, property, rooms, and service were all outstanding. "Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "

"What a beautiful place to stay! Signore Pardi is very gracious and always answered my texts quickly. The Villa where the reception is and the breakfast room are lovely and have beautiful pictures of the family. Maria who greeted us was very sweet as was the lovely Signora who prepared our breakfast. "Lovely property in a beautiful setting. Owner very friendly and helpful. Location is rural but within minutes plenty of stores, pizzerias etc and towns and villages to explore. Everything you need is in the property. We was lucky enough to stay in the main farm house, which is full of old charm, well decorated rooms in keeping with the restored property. "A creatively restored farmhouse, comfortable and stylish. Set in a secluded but not totally isolated very scenic location. "We had a fabulous 2 weeks at the villa. We enjoyed lazy days by the pool during the hot daytimes. The Villa is well situated for visiting typical Abruzzo villages and the Trabocchi coast. The villa has everything you need for your holiday and was ample big enough for 6 adults and 3 children. The sunsets from the balcony were beautiful!
