"Wir 8 Personen hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der ersten Oktoberwoche 2023 in dieser traumhaften Villa. Dank des sehr sonnigen Wetters konnten das Anwesen und vor allem auch der Pool noch gut genutzt werden. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Betreuung!"

"Pool wurde nach 3 Tagen gereinigt, leider ohne Vorankündigung, plötzlich standen 2 Personen im Garten das war nicht so angenehm. Fliegengitter wären gut. Leider wurde der Rasen nicht gemäht und es sind sehr viele Treppen vorhanden. Ansonsten ist die Lage traumhaft schön und ruhig ( kommt allerdings auf die direkte Nachbarschaft an). Sämtliche Utensilien die man benötigt sind in der Villa vorhanden ( TV allerdings nur auf italienisch möglich ). Der Gardasee und die Altstadt von Sirmione ist...

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend und engagiert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch am Pool war es sehr schön. Auch die Lage war gut und man konnte viele Orte in nur wenigen Autominuten erreichen. "

"This villa was spectacular. The view was breathtaking all the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. There was a great balcony with a large table and seating area where you could see beautiful sunset views. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. There is a very nice pool which was great to come home to after a day in the sun. The villa is a short walk to central Bardolino and many restaurants and shops. "My family and I had an amazing week at this absolutely beautiful villa. The house is well appointed and has everything one needs, from kitchen gear , to pool towels. Lorenzo and Valentina couldn’t have been more helpful in all my requests. Two of our evenings they helped organize a private chef (Igor) who cooked amazing dishes for us. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing football (soccer) on the beautiful lawn. Thank you for a special week!"

"Die Lage vom Haus war toll. Allerdings gibt’s keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Es war unerträglich heiß. Dazu kommen noch tausende von Stechmücken. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären zwingend notwendig. Unschön war auch das man keinen Zugang vom Garten in den See hatte. Fazit insgesamt. Völlig überteuert für das was geboten wurde."

"Thoroughly loved everything about our stay! The property was large and beautifully appointed. The house is nestled in a lovely neighborhood a short walk from all that Garda has to offer. Guiliana was an absolute delight, offering a smooth check-in/ out process and all the recommendations you could want. Communication was prompt, easy and friendly. Highly recommend!"

"Having two cars this was perfect for our family. It was 20-30 minutes to drive to Bardolino, Garda etc and about 45 minutes to drive to the Monte Baldo lookout. There is a great restaurant with a view right around the corner, you could walk if you wanted. It was very hot while we were there so we opted to drive most places. The games etc provided were nice for the down time between our adventures and the other amenities would have been perfect had we stayed longer. Even without AC the house...

"What an amazing villa and in a great location. The villa was beautiful and was very spacious for our family (2 adults, 2 children aged 3). The outside space was lovely and we managed to watch the sunset from the roof terrace. Great communication with the host. Would definately recommend this villa."
