If you're familiar with the Springs area you know parking can be a disaster but Judy reached out with 10 different options and pictures to help us find somewhere to park the rig for the weekend. 100/10. "We had a great time at the condo. The location was perfect with being so close to the basketball/tennis court and pool. We were disappointed the pool and hot tub were not open but we came in mid March so understandable as it is early in the year. Great trails to the lake that were steps off the back patio The condo had all of the essentials needed. The manager was great to work with and always responded in a timely manner. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay outside of busy Branson...

"It looked nice for the most part. But floors were dirty. Patio door didn’t open. Parking is awful. Can’t see the number on the building. The address doesn’t match the directions on the website. Had issues with lock box. Called owner 6 times and texted with no reply. Finally figured it out. The place was fine for what we needed. But it could have been better. "

"The condo was a beautiful property, great hiking, plenty of amenities, activities for the kids, and very clean. Just a short drive to all things Branson and we highly recommend it! All details have been thought of with plenty of supplies in the condo, and even included Christmas decor during our Christmas vacation. We hope to return in the summer sometime to go for a boat ride and enjoy some time outdoors."

"My wife and I felt right at home staying in the Ozark Mountain Resort condo owned by Mike and Lee. The lake view from the dining room table is just what a couple of kayakers can totally appreciate.Mike was very attentive to our notes and made us feel like family guests.Thank you!"

"Overall our stay was fine. It wasn't the cleanest place we've stayed but not terrible. (Stray hairs and dust bunnies and the shower was not very clean). Some of the flooring is coming up, chipping in some places and I was worried someone would wind up with a splinter but it was fine. We had an issue with the pull out couch being supremely uncomfortable but Ashley had someone come replace the mattress so that was fixed before our second night. "It was a great place to stay. When you need a little break it’s nice to be able to play pickleball and swim indoors and it be right there. The cleaning could have been better there were some sugar crystals on the coffee station and dust in several places. It just felt like a couple of things needed to be wiped down. Overall it was a great stay. The directions that the owner gives you are accurate and make it easier to find. "
