"The staff was very polite with excellent customer service. My dislike was the ice machine on the first floor didn’t work and the breakfast area wasn’t completely done meaning they had a waffle area, but no waffle mix and the selection of breakfast was limited to muffins and bagels some days and sausage patties and bacon but if you didn’t get to breakfast by seven, then you might not get no sausage patties because they only put like 5 to 7 out so very skimpy or breakfast they also had cereal. "Front desk clerk, John Lewis, is a gem! He is extremely helpful, entertaining, accomodating and very friendly! Excellent breakfast, Clean room, nice roomy fitness area, laundry room clean and central location right near I-77 and I-70! Close proximity to University of Dayton and their baseball field and sports venues. Right between McD's and Wendy's. Lovely comfortable spacious lobby! Would highly recommend!!!"

"Tried to contact host 4 times leading up to our stay. No response. We never received a response or access to the home. VRBO advised me they were cancelling our stay 1 hour after we were supposed to check in. Our last resort was a below average hotel. Don’t take your chances on this one"

"We had the best time!! The place was adorable, we loved the artwork, the plants, the fireplace inside was a real bonus. It was warm and cozy. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. It was decorated like a little cozy cottage. We hope to come back again in the summer!! The towns was fun too!!!"
