"First of all, this property is amazing - and exactly as shown. It's also in an amazing neighborhood. What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. "We were welcomed by the very friendly landlords and shown around the house and the garden. The house is on the slope above San Siro. It was very well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Our only regret was that we spoke so little Italian. Thank you!"

"The property is very very tired, we had lots of problems including a smashed glass door, broken blinds preventing the use of the balcony, broken pool lights, all very dangerous for children. A chair was broken but left round the table so when i sat on it, i fell through and cut my leg. It is seriously lacking outdoor furniture which is nothing like the photos. "We stayed a few days in Veracana in the Casa Lady which was our base during our canyoning trip and it was perfect. The house is located in a small village with a magnificent viewpoint, shops nearby and a great pizzeria with a breathtaking view of the lake. The Casa is large and well appointed, and it has a terrace where we were able to eat."

"Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. Wenn man von von bemängelten Sachen absieht war es noch ein Schöner Aufenthalt"

"Lake Como was iur first destination on our vacation in Italy. It was better than expected!! The location was secluded and quiet with great views but eady to get to restaurants and shops. A great way to start our vacation. The unit was very clean and everything we needed for our stay."

Morgens konnten wir in der Sonne auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Die Heizung gab uns am Abend wohlige Wärme. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, vom Haartrockner, Mikrowelle, ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen, bis hin zum Ferseher ."

My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely."

"This is a beautiful house and stay -- my only advice to be very exact about *which city and plaza* you meet the property manager at, as we had the wrong Santa Maria plaza entirely! Other than that, a truly magical building, waterfall, and stay."
