"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."

"Es waren sehr schöne Urlaubstage. Je nachdem wer an der Reception arbeitete,wurde bei Problemen schnell oder gar nicht geholfen. Schwierig ist die Parkplatzsituation,aber notfalls muss man einige Meter mehr laufen.Das Appartement enthält alles,was man braucht, allerdings wäre mal wieder eine Renovierung nötig,aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Super der Privatstrand und das gastronomische Angebot im Ort."

"Had a good two week holiday - explored the surrounding area but also had a very relaxing time in the camping village. Benefited from some facilities (e.g. takeaway) that the camping village offers. Staff in the camping village are helpful, pleasant, with good command of English. A large supermarket within 100 meters from the entrance gate is also a huge bonus for self catering holiday. Had access to the small beach by the lake but a bit short of promenade in the evenings. However, the nearby...

"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "

"Although the steps up to the house are no joke, once you get up and see the views(day, night, it doesn’t matter, they’re all fantastic) you’d climb it all over again. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and a pristine and lovely house that had everything we could need. Don’t miss the pizza down the street as it was also delicious. "The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived. My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here. Traveling to the city is better with the train to Milano Porta Garibaldi. When you are there you can pick the tram, metro or bus to your destination "
