"This property was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Well maintained. The view was spectacular. Cayuga Retreat provides an incredibly peaceful and gorgeous place to relax and unwind. "Our first (and certainly not last) visit to Chautauqua could not have been more pleasant, in large part to this great property and the helpful owner. A vast array of things to see and do are a short drive away. However, "doing nothing" just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the lakeside view was another appreciated option. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights.
