The guy behind the counter tried his best to be helpful but the owners who do their own maintenance could care less if something is wrong with their rooms. The TV in the room did not work, we had the room for two night. First night I told them about it 3 times, nothing was done. Day 2, I was told it would be fixed. 4:30 pm, not fixed, 3 more requests over an hour and a half to get it fixed, the maintenance guy went and took a nap. The front desk guy finally gave us a different room. That wasn’t the only issue, the heat was stuck on hotter than hell and the door lock was loose.I was willing to deal with that but it is boring being in a room for 2 days without a tv.
