"Semplicemente avevo fatto una prenotazione errata con due mesi di anticipo (data sbagliata). Ho chiamato subito per chiedere di spostarla e non mi e'stato consentito. E ovviamente non ho recuperato i soldi. Ripeto: UNA PRENOTAZIONE FATTA CON DUE MESI DI ANTICIPO. Capisco che ci siano delle regole ma penso che un po'di elasticita' la si potesse mostrare."
