The villa is in a wonderfully peaceful location, a perfect place to get away from it all, yet , if you wish to get out and about, the bustling centres of San Gimignano (15 km), Siena (27 km), Florence (55 km) are within easy reach.
Within 5 minutes drive is the small mediaeval town of Casole d’Elsa (4 km) offering all essential services such as food shops, mini market, various restaurants, open-air cafes, banks, post office, tennis court, etc., whilst in the nearby larger town of Colle Val d'Elsa (7 km) guests can find all kinds of amenities including a golf club.
From season 2025 the house will be equipped with air conditioning system.
