Lovely independent house with garden, newly built and furnished with care, surrounded by woods and situated on a private road at the edge of the tiny - no more than ten houses - and peaceful hamlet of Marmoraia with its beautiful XII century romanic church. The view gives onto a green valley and on hamlet and church.

The house is situated on the hillside (500 mts above sea level) in the heart of the Montagnola Senese, a well-loved area thanks to the beautiful and almost unspoiled countryside. It is also in a very favourable position for cultural tourism, being only 20 kms from Siena, Monteriggioni and Colle Val d'Elsa; 27 from San Gimignano, 40 from Volterra and San Galgano and 60 from Florence.
