"It was surprising that there was no parking at the hotel. There is a shuttle that drives through the city and picks the guests from different hotels so it takes a while up to 45 min to get to the parking.The location and helpful staff are big pluses. There is no swimming pool at the hotel. There was no TV in the room. We were given later something that looked like a computer monitor without a remote control. Pillow cases were stuffed with something that made them very uncomfortable...Breakfast...

"The hotel is located in central picturesque area of Montegiardino. With possibility to park near the hotel or at the square nearby. "Le stanze erano molto fredde. Era stato acceso da poco il climatizzatore con funzione aria calda, ma era del tutto insufficiente. In bagno c’erano 10 gradi. La mattina, a colazione, abbiamo dovuto mangiare col piumino addosso, la sala era gelida, del tutto priva di riscaldamento. Se non si vuole spendere per riscaldare d'inverno è meglio tenerlo chiuso.
