We gained early entry with key code and savored great hot shower and quiet comfortable bed with perfect view, to get much needed refreshing after long sleepless night flying to Milano from JFK. So many wonderful dining options immediately nearby. Breakfast is included and offers delicious pastries and full meal of eggs etc etc. and lots of cappuccinos. Very conveniently near train station. Trento is surrounded by towering mountains! Friendly owner and staff. "

"Our room was newly renovated. Large bathroom. Right in the main square. A little tricky to arrive as the hotel is in a pedestrian only area but Marco at reception was super helpful. Parking is an 11 min walk from the hotel in a secured location. Staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel is very clean. There are no elevators but staff offered to assist with our bags. Overall a great experience. "

"The hotel is very nice, modern. It’s clean and quiet. The beds are comfy but the pillows are not. There is not much around the area it feels like a new area so there is limited things around. Would recommend. "

"I'm very glad I stayed here. Everything was nice, clean, and even a little stylish. This is a nice hotel. The two staff I interacted with were both very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't have it. The bathroom was nice. They give you a vanity package which came in handy and was appreciated, including emory board, hair tie, shower cap, etc. They have good tea in the room and an electric kettle. The pillows were very nice and there was even an extra body pillow which was great, again, very much appreciated. The room totally darkens, too. This place was better than I was expecting. I would happily stay here again and I definitely recommend it. "
