"Wonderful hotel, room and staff, great location, would stay again"

"The property itself is wonderful and a very safe haven within Naples. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was good. It is very close to the train station which is super convenient but some of the streets surrounding the property are a bit chaotic and dirty. But again the property itself is wonderful and a clean safe haven in a busy city. "

"We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel "

The rest of the team made our check-in process seamless and even accommodated our request regarding with the mattress situation. The hotel itself was spotless, with the lobby, public restrooms, and our room all exuding a pleasant, fresh scent. The location is good—just a short walk from both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. Considering the affordable price we paid, I think this hotel offers great value for its location, cleanliness, and helpful service. Highly recommend!"

"Friendly and proactive staff, very helpful. A good and comfortable hotel, situated one street away from Piazza Garibaldi so very conveniently located for trains, coaches and airport bus, although the streets outside are a little sketchy. Room could have done with a little more storage space for clothes. Breakfast buffet was very good."
