"Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though."

"We opted for airport transfer and that was well worth it. The hotel is only 50 meters from Via Toledo. Rafael greeted us street side and brought our luggage to the lift and got is situated in our nice room. Located at the heart of old town Naples, it is right where you want to be. With the holiday, All Saints Day, the city was hopping, it was an amazing experience. Paola and her husband made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our car to take us to our next stop, Sorrento. "

"We loved staying at the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. The room was always kept clean and there was no street noise. The included breakfast had an amazing assortment of fresh food including smoked salmon, cheese, pastries, meat and much more. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The room was modern and did not show any wear. We highly recommend the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. It deserves the name "Luxury"."

"I liked the staff at this property, they were super friendly and helpful. I also liked the location, not too far from the centre to walk and in a nice neighbourhood. It was a little strange to access - through a dark alley and in an old lift. The room was ok, nothing special. Clean and functional. No real English channels on the TV unless you pay or log into apps. Breakfast again was ok. Overall it was fine as a b&b, nothing special but it served a purpose given the price "

"Check in is at 3pm. I booked my flight 1st and not my hotel. So I was due to come in at 10am. I thought there would be a place to sit and be comfortable while I wait. The hotel is just rooms, which is fine, I just wasn't aware. Once there, one of the cleaners was rushing to clean up our room which was fine. I'd rather it be spotless than okay and rushed. "The room was fine, it’s a 1st floor on a busy street so a bit noisy. The staff were shouting for about an hour while cleaning at 10am which was not helpful when I really needed a rest. The shower was small and a bit janky, the pillows were hard, but the mattress was nice; I could have used an extra blanket. "View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "
