"Extremely close to the train station. You can just walk across the street and the hotel is in front. Breakfast is a bit hard to get food. Not replaced as it is emptied. Sausages especially. Too many tour groups use this hotel and is used by tourists. Reception is not able to give advice on how to get to things like pharmacy or banks. Their solution was “take a taxi” Bologna is undergoing a great deal of street construction so a taxi is a waste of money and time in blocked traffic. "

"I flipping love this place. The Social Hub is everything I never knew I needed in a stay—sustainability, community, and comfort, all in one incredibly well-thought-out space. "Exceeded our expectations. 5 Stars from everyone! Perfect location, walking distance to both the city centre and train station. Great cafe and restaurant onsite. The team were very friendly and welcoming. They took really good care of us. The room was great - bigger than expected. Had comfortable beds, pillows and the shower was hot and steady. What a great stay! We definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again if we ever return to Bologna. Thank you "

"Der Eigentümer des Hauses ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist geräumig. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer Anliegerstraße. Vom Balkon im ersten Stock hat man Ausblick über kleinere Lagunen/Seen (mit Fernglas kann man Flamingos beobachten). Zwei Bäder sind gut renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist angenehm. Die Betten sind fest. "This bed-and-breakfast goes above and beyond the call of duty in every way. The owner and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very, very clean, and very well appointed. It is also the most eco-friendly room that we have ever stayed in in our lives. The beds are large and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing We cannot say enough about this bed-and-breakfast. We would stay here 1000 times over. "

"This is a charming and warm historical property and well worth my visit for the one night. I stayed here. The family is warm and caring and makes my trip so much more enjoyable as I sit in their backyard amongst fields of agricultural pursuits with wheat and other products in the process of growing, the sounds of songbirds and the neighboring roosters which did not make any sound thank God last night or this morning along with the hen add to the wonderful ambience. I am delighted I stayed here. The building is 150 years old rustic, and very charming. "
