"Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

"After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "

"Super easy and quick check in at the store next to the apartment. It’s a walk up so was a bit of a challenge to get all our luggage upstairs but the guy who checked us in (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) but he was so lovely and helpful, offering to take some bags himself.
