"Loved the staff and property. Everything I thought it would be. Hiccups with WiFI but I wasn't surprised considering the area. Had several of the terme treatments, well worth it and will do it again! Alessandra at receiption was amazing! The continental breakfast was very good, cured meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit, great bread and sweets! "

"Direi un ottima soluzione abitativa . Ma colazione molto scarsa (un cornetto e un cappuccino) e al bar che non è proprio quello che ti aspetti. Da migliorare se possibile. Comunque grazie."

"The hotel is very clean and well-restored, and the staff were cordial. Norcia is a challenging visit right now, as the tragedy caused by the earthquake is everywhere you look. Not a lot of tourists around, if any, but since it's historically a bit of a tourist town, there's a bit of a weird balance - I had difficulty meeting people, and apart from the hotel and a sprinkling of restaurants, all of the businesses and homes are currently in a temporary village outside of the old town walls. "The person who met us upon our arrival was very nice and friendly but unfortunately our experience with the person who supposed to serve the breakfast was completely different. He came late (we were looking for the breakfast items in the refrigerate placed in the dining room) and dressed, well let say it nicely, very inappropriate. His pants were so low that we could see the top of his underwear which, being with two kids, I founded VERY inappropriate. He was more interested in the conversation...

"Per il prezzo chiesto non ci si poteva aspettare molto, ma almeno un bagno decente dove ci si possa voltare e senza puzze di scarico... Per andare sul water occorre mettere i piedi dentro la doccia. Dall'esterno locale un po' fatiscente, disordinato e sporco che fa il paio con gli interni. Sicuramente non andrò più prima di una ristrutturata totale. "

"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...
