Nicht wie beschrieben
Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr kompliziert, tagelang keine Rückmeldung. Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig, ist zwar auf Wunsch grob nachgereinigt worden, aber dennoch waren Schränke und Badezimmer ewig nicht gereinigt worden. Wir hatten beim Einzug keine Handtücher, diese wurden dann auch später gebracht. Besonders Ärger war aber , dass in dem Inserat beschrieben ist , dass es sich um einen Privatpool handelt . Auf vorherige Nachfrage sagte man mir zu , dass der Pool direkt vom Appartement zugänglich und nur für uns zu nutzen wäre. Das stimmt leider nicht . Man muss durch die Tiefgarage und die Anlage laufen um dorthin zu gelangen und es ist ein Pool der gesamten Anlage, von allen Gästen nutzbar. Für uns war das ein wichtiger Punkt, nur deshalb haben wir das Objekt teuer gebucht.
