Très déçus à notre arrivée
J’ai eu la surprise à notre arrivée de devoir faire 60 km de plus pour récupérer les clefs. Et en arrivant dans l’appartement, ça sentait vraiment pas bon, les housses de protection lit étaient sales, le fond des Wc noires, frigo sale et pas dégivré. J’ai dû relaver les housses de protection avant de pouvoir mettre nos drap, mon mari a nettoyé le frigo... bref, ce n’est pas normal d’avoir des frais de nettoyage et de récupérer un appartement sale!!!! Nous étions fatigués par notre long trajet... j’ai tel à l’agence pour leur signaler et envoyé un mail qui est resté sans réponse !!! Concernant le confort de l’appartement, il manque un micro onde, verre couvert... de la vaisselle et éclairage Sdb limite dangereux et insuffisant. Idem pour la terrasse. Voilà sinon la résidence est parfaite, piscine propreté calme👍 Cordialement Christelle
