Magnificent apartment of over 100 m², located in the Alcazaba Lagoon complex, surrounded by four hectares of blooming and wooded gardens. It has 2 communal swimming pools as well as a private artificial lagoon (15,000 m²) for residents.
On the 1st floor it comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. TV, WiFi, air conditioning. It has two terraces (18 m² and 12 m²). Private underground parking space and lift.
The apartment is just a few minutes from the sea and the golf courses; it is also close to the port of La Duquesa (shops and restaurants ~10 minutes) and Estepona.
The apartment is 25 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banús, 30 minutes from Gibraltar and 50 minutes from Malaga Airport. It is near the magnificent cities of Córdoba, Nerja, Granada, Casares, Ronda, Mijas,...
The complex is quiet and peaceful. This accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children.


The swimming pool is open from 01/07 to 31/08 (unless this is changed by a government decree due to drought).

Schöne Wohnung
Wohnung ist sehr Groß und schön Hell und Sonnig. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Anfahrt Straße zur Wohnung mit vielen Schlaglöchern, liegt aber an der Gemeinde, nicht am Vermieter.

Me encantó la ubicación, la terraza y la paz que se respira en alcazaba lagoon. Al apartamento no le falta ni un detalle. Mejoraría el acceso al parking(el mando no funcionaba) y tuvimos que abrir siempre desde dentro.
