"Clean modern apartment in a great location "

"War in der Unterkunft während der Semesterferien. Das ganze Haus ist nagelneu und liegt etwas außerhalb im Unibezirk. U-Bahn, Bus, Supermarkt alles 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Zu Ferienzeiten ist die Gegend sehr ruhig. 15min Fußweg zum "Real der Feria". Das Objekt sollte nur an Studenten, Schüler und Lehrkräfte vermietet werden, Expedia bietet es aber allen an. Da gibt es noch Kommunikationsbedarf zwischen Xior und Expedia. Ich hatte dadurch aber keinerlei Probleme. Zum nächsten Besuch hätte ich gerne...

"The resort is huge and very pleasant. We went in Jan so it was quiet. The beach is a 5 min walk away via a tunnel. There was a small supermarket opposite our apartment so that was handy. The pool is heated and a few mins walk away from our set of apartments and there is ample parking. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Very kind! The apartment for some maybe dated however for us it was quirky. It was split level and had ok views towards the sea. Overall it was value for money,...

"Rather disappointing that there was no way to grab a bite and a drink in the hotel. We tried to go to the Irish Pub, which we thought was part of the hotel. But after having to go outside of the hotel (in the rain) and up an outside (uncovered) stairway (no elevator or even a ramp) we discovered they were already closed (maybe between 7 and 8:00)! However, if our room was any closer to the water, we would have gotten wet🤗. And the staff was delightful, especially Mercedes😘"

"Huge breakfast buffet. Great front desk customer service, special shout out to Cathy, she remembered my name. Convenient laundry. Chinese food across, is soo good. I stayed 5 days, I did not ask for cleaning but the house cleaning lady, brought me some fresh towels without requesting. "
