It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, in addition to an attic with two single beds and two extra beds. In the attic, you will also find air-con and radiators, which help maintain a comfortable temperature in all the bedrooms, alongside a TV and a sofa. The house also has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with a whirlpool shower. In the cosy dining-living room there is a fireplace, and its decoration will remind you of your childhood! The independent kitchen is equipped with all the facilities.

The outdoor area is sheltered from the neighbours by a 2-mt-high fence so that you will be able to enjoy the private swimming pool and the barbecue area in complete privacy.

The access to the house is completely paved.

The house is located in the town centre, near a school. Therefore, during the school period, you might hear children playing in the patio, or as they enter or get out of classes.
