The Villa is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery, it is connected to the historic center by a pedestrian path. The large garden that surrounds it, on two levels and exposed to the west, enjoys a splendid sea view with a 7x3m swimming pool. Equipped with independent access with automatic gate, the building is on three levels. On the ground floor a large room, ideal for dinners and parties, opens on the square in front of which there is a barbecue area with a wood oven. A wide staircase leads to the garden above where the main entrance is located. On the first floor there is a large living room with a large bar, a built-in kitchen with direct access to the garden, outdoor dining, the sleeping area and two bathrooms.
