Spacious old world charm
Anytime staying in storico area you will have cobblestones, steps and hills. But the old city was beautiful and had lots of restaurants. Apartment fully equipped and spacious. Host was vey helpful and communicative. WiFi was somewhat problematic but we managed with a personal MiFi and host even cut us a small refund for inconvenience. Highly recommend!

nice village, mediocre apartment
First of all the positive sides... The village is very nice with everything you need nearby (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, various restaurants, ice cream van,...). The parking lot is about 10min away and has a drinking water fountain to fill up bottles on the way to the beach which is very good as it is very hot. The mattresses are good. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary Now the downsides... The apartment gets incredibly hot in summer as it has three external walls facing the sun and an uninsulated roof. It is worth noting that the instantaneous water heater should only be turned on for showers, as it heats up the apartment even unused. There are fans in every room, but it's not possible to get the heat out of the appartment overnight. For us as a family with children, the apartment has the following disadvantages. The children's bedroom has no windows and is very uncomfortable to use during the day. The room upstairs is only accessible if you book the appartment for 6 people. The terrace indicated in the pictures is only a landing and can only be "used" by a maximum of two people. There is no balcony as stated in the advertisement. There is no other covered outdoor area, so you are forced to stay (with the kids) most of the time in the apartment during the day (e.g. to eat, read, ...).

Ausgezeichnete Wohnung in mittelalterlicher Stadt - mit guter Erreichbarkeit vieler Ziele der Toskan
Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal die Wohnung von Claudia gebucht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für erholsame Ferien braucht und sie wirkt mit der Einrichtung und Dekoration sehr authentisch in Casale Marittimo. Wahrscheinlich hat sie außerdem eine der besten Aussichten im Ort, denn man sieht bis an die Küste von Cecina und sogar bis zur Insel Elba. Claudia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und hat ausserdem viele hilfreiche Informationen in der Wohnung aufgelegt bzw angebracht. Casale Marittimo hat einen besonderen Charme und die meisten Ziele in der Toskana sind sehr einfach erreichbar. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Hübsches Haus in historischem Ort
Der Aufenthalt in Casale Marittimo war sehr schön. Im Haus gab es alles, was wir brauchten. Der Blick von der Terrasse war wirklich unbezahlbar. Vielen Dank, Claudia, für die gute und schnelle Kommunikation! Das war wirklich sehr hilfreich!

Casale schönster Ort in der Toskana
Der schönste Ausblick aus einer Ferienwohnung, in die toskanische Landschaft, mit dem Meer dahinter, den man sich vorstellen kann :-) Die FEWO hatte alles was sich ein Urlauberinnenherz nur wünschen kann. Casale hat alles was frau zum täglichen Leben braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen. Beste FEWO ever. LG Carola und Ruth

Alles Perfekt - Dankeschön für den Tollen Aufenthalt
Hallo, die Wohnung und der Kontakt waren einfach super, sehr freundlich und es hat einfach alles gepasst. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise alles Perfekt. Auf Fragen haben wir in angemessener Zeit eine Antwort bekommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und in fünf Minuten ist man im wunderschönen Zentrum von Casale wo wunderschöne Lokale und Geschäfte sind. Außerdem sind die Bewohner von Casale sehr freundlich gegenüber Touristen. Danke nochmal für die schöne Zeit.

Abbiamo usufruito molto il nostro soggiorno
Abbiamo usufruito molto il nostro soggiorno a Casale Maritimo. L'appartamento è arredato con cura e ha tutto il necessario. La padrona di casa è gentile, ha risposto prontamente e in modo amichevole alle nostre richieste. Avevamo una piccola terrazza con una vista fantastica.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Die Wohnung war wie versprochen, die Übergabe lief reibungslos. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Einziger aber kleiner Nachteil: Distanz zwischen Parkplatz und Wohnung, aber das war uns bekannt. Ab etwa 19uhr sucht man knapp 10min nach einem Parkplatz, war für uns in Ordnung.

Wohnen wie in einem Adlerhorst
Die Lage am Rande des Dorfes und die Blicke dieser Wohnung sind einzigartig. Ein Bäcker, ein Metzger und ein kleiner Alimentari machen das Einkaufen in einem großen Supermarkt überflüssig. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und für 2 Erwachsene (+ evtl. 2 Kinder) gut geeignet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist recht klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Schwierig ist das Ausladen des Gepäcks, denn man kann nur über schmale, steile Gassen direkt vorfahren, oder (leichter) bis zur Piazza. Dann muss man jedoch alles über Stufen und eine steile Gasse ca. 200m bis zur Wohnung tragen. Die wunderschöne Aussicht wiegen diese Schwierigkeiten jedoch auf.
