This tastefully renovated property dates back 400years and is situated in a Medieval Village in the Comino Valley mid way between Rome and Naples. It is a perfect base to explore Italy being just over one hour south of Rome, one hour north of Naples, one hour from the fabulous beaches at Formia and on the very edge of the Abruzzo National Park.. The famous Forte family (Rocco Forte) are from the next village and have built a sports complex with a tennis court, rugby/football pitch and a recently installed astro turf 5 aside football pitch donated by the Italian 2006 world cup winning team.Enjoy fabulous walks and superb cycling around the amazing tiny villages on quiet tracks or roads. This area is nicknamed locally as “Little Ireland” due to local family ties so English is widely spoken in shops and restaurants. The authentic elegant restaurants could not fail to impress the most discerning palette.
