"We have stayed at this hotel several times before and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and generally comfortable but my room had an infestation of ants in the bathroom. Food is very good and good value."

From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave the staff is taking care of you. From helping you with your bags, to parking your car, and making sure you have everything you need. "I was actually pleasantly surprised by how good this was! We had gotten this is on a deal, and I expected it to be a bare-bones hotel. Instead it was quite an aesthetically pleasing place with moderately sized rooms, a full bath, a nice breakfast room, and a comfortable bed. The location is awesome - right near the Plaza Mayor in Salamanca. We are glad we went to the San Polo."

"We were able to park right in front of the building for a little while so we could unload our bags to the room. The recommended pay lot was very near and easy. Room was luxurious. Breakfast very good with many options. "
