The best location, corner apartment, great views, spacious, bright, and with huge deck.
We booked apartments in Mohammedia and Marrakech, and both were great locations and beautiful apartments. However, this apartment in Mohammedia was the best of the best. It is on the 4th floor with a wrap-around deck (on the corner) that is 25 meters long. From the deck you can see the full length of the park and the Atlantic Ocean. The inside of the apartment is furnished nicely, it has an area for setting up an "office" (very fast and reliable WiFi, which is rare), a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We had a rental car, so we required safe and secure parking. The parking garage below the building is extremely safe and secure... and it is easy to enter and leave. While in Mohammedia we met several 'locals' at the Royal Mohammedia Golf Club. All had heard of this apartment building and one, a professional golfer, had rented an apartment here while he was building his home nearby. If we know of anyone who plans to go to Mohammedia, we would insist that that book this lovely apartment.

Appartement idéalement situé, lumineux et vue dégagée
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé.très spacieux .Une grande terrasse permet de profiter de la vue agréable (180°) sur la place du parc et de l'air marin rafraîchissant pour un fin de mois de juin ; Mohammedia,est une ville agréable ,bon compromis ,qui permet de visiter Casablanca et Rabat ,tout en profitant de la plage ... Merci pour la sympathie et le sérieux de propriétaire ,et à bientôt surement.

J'ai résidé à plusieurs reprises dans cet appartement de grand standing et parfaitement situé. Grandes chambres, bien équipé je le recommande. Proprio sympa.

Schöne Wohnung!! Sehr nette Vermieter!!
Als erstes muss ich sagen, dass die Vermieter sehr sehr nett waren, und die Kommunikation zwischen uns sehr super geklappt hat!! Danke dafür nochmals..Die Wohung war sehr groß und sauber, und hatte alles was es in einer Wohnung braucht!! Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden!! Ein Parkplatz befand sich zur Wohnung optimal im Keller..Dazu hatte die Wohnung auch einen sehr schönen großen Balkon, von der man einen schönen Ausblick hatte. Zum naheliegenden Strand waren es auch nur ca. 200 Meter. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Pizzerias und Supermärkte gab es auch in der Nähe..Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal. Wir würden auf alle Fälle diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen, und wenn wir nochmals nach Casablanca kommen, werden wir sehr gerne diese Wohnung nochmals buchen!!
