"We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous R&B (rest+breakfast) hotel. The quiet location, close to the city center, was ideal. The hosts were wonderful, providing a seamless check-in and an ample, complimentary continental breakfast. The kitchenette was a great addition, and the economical, video-monitored public parking, just steps away, made everything even more convenient."

"Location was its best feature (across the street from the train station). You have to call beforehand to make an appointment to check-in since there is no front desk. Service was very chaotic (they misunderstood how many people were staying in the room, they didn't know we had already paid for the room, they gave us the key to the wrong room's safe, etc.) but they made up for it by being friendly and cheerful unlike many other hotels in northern Italy where the staff can be frosty and awkward....
