Exactly where you want to be in Casa Grande, this 3bd 2ba condo has everything you need in a quiet condo community. Pool is heated year round. Huge flatscreen TV with HDTV in living and bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked. We provide electric patio BBQ + community BBQ. Living room has huge couch to relax on during your stay. Community has hundreds of mature palms and is very lush. No disappointments!

Nice pool and pool area, but the room was not clean. There was something gross spread on the wall above the TV, furniture was shappy and unclean, baseboards were very dirty, one of the beds fell apart, not enough towels. This condo could be a great place to stay if it was clean and furniture was updated.

A very 2 star unit
The unit is basic clean. The bathrooms are both below average with terrible towers, shower(hot/cold water reverse), shower curtain dragging into the tub. The blanket in rooms are tattered and not fresh. It was not a very comfortable stay.

Casa Grande Condo
My buddies and I often stay in Casa Grande for skydiving events at Skydive Arizona. A 3 bedroom 2 bath layout is perfect for our group. Nice unit with everything needed for our stay...even a grill on the patio!

Check in process was quick and easy. The place was clean. The pool was nice. We loved it!

DON’T PICK -No pool, sagging mattress, filthy balcony, bad air conditioning
No pool - under major reconstruction, jack hammers daily starting at 7am, air does not work & sounds like a freight train, sagging mattresses due to broken beds, windows don’t open, sink drains clogged with fake hair, tinsel, old screen & backs up into showers - this place was DISGUSTING. On top of that was the downstairs neighbor that chronically smokes the worst smelling weed. Go get a hotel - it will be clean, safe, and have a pool. Stay away from this nasty, dirty mess of a place.

Convenient location
This little condo served our purpose perfectly! We were able to host our local family members for dinner in this cute little condo. We had a couple hiccups but the local mgmt team quickly resolved them for us; i.e. batteries for remote, broom, etc. Kitchen could use some more supplies like can opener, measuring cup, and more utensils, etc. We bought a can opener and left it behind for others. They set you up with 3 of the dryer sheets, laundry/dishwasher pods, and trash bags. It was just what we needed for our 5 night stay. The designated dog areas were perfect for our furry traveler. Overall we were satisfied and would rent again!
