"This is the perfect place for a quiet get away if you don’t mind driving everywhere. It’s tucked away and peaceful. The cabin itself is pleasant. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor and the staircase leading there is VERY narrow and would be inaccessible to many with limited mobility. Also, it would be difficult for people of larger builds carrying small children. The beach is rocky, but that’s related to where it is on the cape. Not an ideal spot for infants and toddlers. "Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch."

"Darling little cottage just a couple blocks from the ocean. Owner was extremely responsive to questions (within minutes) and checked in on me unsolicited to make sure everything was ok. Surprise hot tub on the deck was a nice addition!"
