"Pleasant hotel in a quiet area with helpful staff. It's a very straightforward experience with not many amenities -- no hotel transportation, laundry service, refrigerators or microwave, for example. However, the staff were helpful with what the hotel did offer, and the breakfast was lovely. "A lovely hotel, and overall a good experience. The public areas are something quite special - and service is excellent. My only complaint which resists a 5 star rating was the room noise. It was quite dated, and the corridor noise was quite loud through the night and could hear another guest coughing in their room - which given the relatively high room price was a bit disappointing. I’d stay here again, but I’d ask for a better room away from traffic areas. "
