"I am from the Council bluffs area so when i checked in I was told I had to pay a $220 cash deposit which I got back in the morning, but I didn't know about it till check-in. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The shower was a little outdated, the bathroom was kind of little but clean. They do have a nice area where they serve breakfast & they had a nice variety of different foods"

"Hotel was really nice. Rooms were very clean with super comfortable beds. Has an awesome lobby with a bar, store, Starbucks, and restaurant. We were in town for the Billie Eilish concert so it was insanely busy and packed but everything was organized very nicely. The staff, especially Brenda, were amazing! "
