"Lovely stay at this hotel. Excellent staff and lovely location. Big comfy clean rooms and just five minutes walk to the train station. Luggage storage after checkout available. Excellent spa facilities however steam room wasn't working when we visited. Would definitely stay here again. "

"It’s a fantastic hotel and very well maintained. The price is very reasonable. The lifts are so fast 11 floors up in no time. They let us book in well early (11 o’clock) as the room was ready which was excellent service as we only went to put our bags in!! The reception man went over and above to make us feel welcome. The food is plentiful and lots of choice you wouldn’t go hungry that’s for sure and it’s a fantastic 8 till 1:30 time slot, and to top it off you can have a early breakfast and go back for coffee or lunch! "

"Very beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms maintained really well. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Bar prices were a little high compared to the local area but that what you expect in a 5 star hotel. The only thing I didn’t really rate was the value for money of the use of the spa. The massage was great but the use of the water circuit was overpriced for what it is."

"The hotel is fantastic, the staff was so friendly, the food spread was delicious and variable. The breakfast was my favourite, fresh guacamole, amongst other things, was the best way to start the day! For those wanting to travel by bus there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre. There is also a QR code listed at the stop which tells in how many minutes the bus will arrive at the stop, this is extremely handy for planning the departure time from sitting in your hotel room! "

"Due to its location, it’s in easy reach of centre, harbour and beach. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony - which is lovely. The rooftop bar on the 15th floor provides wonderful views in all directions with a great selection of drinks. Staff are really friendly and helpful."
