Beautiful Penthouse in 18th floor with private pool. 300 square meters, amazing view and great location in Cartagena. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 TV studio, 6 bathrooms, kitchen and a fantastic pool. It has air conditioner, TV and Internet. Perfect for big groups, business people and families with kids.

This penthouse witch private pool is completely independent, you will not share it with anyone. It has two queen size beds and two double bunk beds. All bathrooms are completely equipped as well as the kitchen. You will find a fridge, microwave, blender, crockery, pots, cutlery and a BBQ. If you come with a baby please let me know and we will leave a baby crib. There is also free parking if you bring your vehicle. The building has 24 hours concierge / security service.

You will also have access to the pool of the building. There is free parking and exclusive WiFi for the apartment.

You will find some water at the fridge, coffee, soap and toilet paper for one day. Once you have settled in the apartment, you can do your shopping.

If you need additional cleaning services, there is an extra fee of $ 25 US Dollars.

If you need parking, you must inform before your arrival. It does not have any additional cost.

When arrival, guests must pay 35,000 pesos (around $ 12 US Dollars) to the building staff. This is an occupation fee and it must be paid only once. This is valid for the whole group.
