Luxury apartment with sea views near the beach

Beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in a new luxury development next to the Salinas.

The apartment is spacious, bright and very roomy. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two singles and a third with a single bed.
It has two complete bathrooms with shower trays.
It has a living-dining room with an American kitchen, fully equipped, with a large chaise-longue, a kitchen island and a large dining table. The large windows overlook an extremely spacious terrace with stunning views of both the development, the Mar Menor and the Salinas.

The development is newly built and has all kinds of services and facilities. It has a large volleyball court, a playground, a terrace area, a gym, SPA, lockers and a large, modern communal swimming pool.

SPA CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE SINCE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER 2024, RE-OPENING DATE PENDING CONFIRMATION.

LOCATION:

Located in the Los Flamencos development, in Playa Paraíso, on the front line of the Mar Menor and next to the beautiful natural area of the Salinas de Marchamalo.
There is a promenade located between the Salinas and the beach that is perfect for morning or evening walks, and the area has several beach bars.
There are small food shops with everything you need, pharmacies, restaurants (Malvasía is a highly appreciated restaurant that has won several gastronomic awards)...

Playa Paraíso also has playgrounds and is very well connected as it is close to the motorway, Cabo de Palos is only 5 minutes away by car.

If you are looking for a quiet area, a complete apartment in a luxury development, and unbeatable views, this is it!
