The Space:
Welcome to your beautiful getaway in Karibana, Cartagena! This stunning private house offers a tranquil retreat, complete with a refreshing swimming pool and ample space for your family and friends. The property features three well-appointed bedrooms along with a comfortable sofa bed, ensuring you’ll have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Two of the bedrooms boast private bathrooms, while the third bathroom is shared, all equipped with hot water for your convenience.
The main room, located on the second floor, spans 20 square meters and features a luxurious king bed, with the option of adding a mattress on the floor for extra comfort. It also includes a private bathroom and a large 120" smart projector, perfect for indulging in movie nights after a day of exploration. The second bedroom, also on the second floor, comes with two single beds, plus options for a trundle bed or an additional mattress on the floor. This room similarly has a private bathroom and is outfitted with an ultra-slim 55" smart TV adorned with mirrored artwork. The third bedroom showcases a cozy queen bed, a versatile 43" smart TV with a swivel screen, and a shared bathroom, rounding out the sleeping arrangements. Each space is designed for relaxation and comfort, allowing everyone to unwind and enjoy.

Guest Access:
My guest only has access to the entire private house, you can only use the common areas of the Karibana club (Club House and Beach Club), if you are a member or if accompanied by a member of the club.
However, you can be in the hotel, Hotel dreams Karibana (that is inside the Karibana club), paying a passadía approximately 70 USD to access breakfast, lunch and unlimited liquor at the hotel, with hours of 7 am - 6 pm, also you can access the beach club.
IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- Holding parties inside the property, especially at the pool. Do not enter the pool while intoxicated.
- The volume of the music must be moderate.
- Prohibited to enter people who are not registered in the reservation.
Getting Around:
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don't have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver
Other Things to Note:
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.
IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
